Lady Ozo Aziwe for burial, Friday

THE remains of Lady Cecilia OzoAziwe (nee Onuekwusi) will be laid to rest on Friday, February 3, 2023 at her compound, Obinagu Ire Village, Obosi in Idemili North LGA.

In a burial statement signed by the families of Aziweand Onuekwusi of Obosi and Knight of St. John International (KSJI), Onitsha Grand Ladies Auxiliary, the deceased journey to the great beyond will start with a vigil mass on Thursday, February 2 by 5pm at her compound.

On Friday, February 3, the body will lie in state in her compound by 8 am while funeral mass will take place at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, Obosi by 10 am. Interment follows immediately after mass at late Noble John Aziwe’s compound, Obinagu, Ire village, Obosi. On Sunday, February 4, thanksgiving mass will be at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, Obosi.

Lady Aziwe (Abadagu) who was born on November 22, 1935, died on December 22, 2022 at the age of 87 years.

The octogenarian until her demise was a member of Knight of St. John International (KSJI), Onitsha Grand Ladies Auxiliary.
