ANPC hosts Anambra students’ leaders

THE students’ community under the aegis of National Association Of Nigerian Students, Joint Campus Council, Anambra State, Thursday, visited the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Anambra Newspapers and Printing Corporation, Awka, Sir Chuka Nnabuife.
The visit, led by the secretary general of the council, Comrade Arinze A. Anaegbunam, was geared at unraveling the challenges of the union, and chatting a better way to advance the good of the students’ community in Anambra State.
While speaking during the visit, Anaegbunam lauded the quality representation of the students’ community by the organisation, eulogising the great work of concern the management is doing, and boosting the public image of the union, through positive media representation.
He also expressed hope that the corporation will continue to partner with them in a more special way, media wise because there are too many programmes to push forward for the betterment of the Anambra students community’.
In his remarks, Nnabuife appreciated the efforts of the students’ leaders in assuming leadership roles and acquiring more knowledge as it is a natural provision that they will lead tomorrow as young people.
“ The hardest thing about being a leader of tomorrow is to build a requisite habit, to learn the appropriate knowledge and to have the provisions of life including health, among others”.
He also encouraged them to aspire to lead by being good followers, keep making sacrifice as leaders and be open to learn other things that will make them complete human beings and successful professionals that will contribute to better the society.
Assuring them of his continued support, Nnabuife said: I am an adherent of helping youths; a keen supporter of students and I will always support your every good idea. We will continue to work together”.
