Govt  responsible for insecurity in Imo – Nkwodede

A political scientist and sociopolitical analyst in Imo State, Chief Awolowo Nkwodede, popularly known as “call a spade a spade, revolution is global” has accused Imo State Government of Senator Hope Uzodimma of being responsible for high level of insecurity in Imo State. 

Speaking at the Radio Program of 99.5 Hot FM,  tagged People’s Assembly, on  Wednesday, where he emphatically stated that every blame should go to Imo State Government for gross insecurity in Imo State,he disclosed that the governor of the state took oath of office on protection of lives  and property of every citizen of the state, adding that there is nothing happening in the state without the advance knowledge of the state governor, because he is the chief security of the state. 

“Recently, insecurity has reached highest pick as another traditional ruler, Eze Ignatius Aso, Igwe of Obudiagwa, Agwa, Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State and five others, including three chiefs, a pregnant woman and  a local vigilant were killed by the unknown gun men in the area” 

It could be recalled that previously, some traditional rulers were killed where they were deliberating how to stop insecurity in their different autonomous communities at Nnenasa, Njaba Local Government Area and at Okigwe,  a traditional ruler was abducted,  killed and dumped at a suburb area in Orlu Zone.
