Umahi swears in three new aides  In Ebonyi

Ebonyi State Governor, David  Umahi, Thursday, swore in two new senior special assistants and a special assistant.

They are Princess Nkechinyere Iyioku, SSA, Her Excellency’s Office, Oby Oko Enyim, SSA Culture and Tourism and Douglas Omebe, Special Assistant on Legal Services.

The swearing in ceremony took place at the Executive Council Chambers, Ochoudo Centenary City, Abakaliki,

While speaking at the occasion, Governor Umahi congratulated the appointees and charged them to join hands to consolidate the Divine Mandate Administration in the state.

“I enjoin you to join us to consolidate our divine mandate administration and to enthrone another divine mandate administration.”

In an acceptance speech, the new Senior Special Assistant on Culture and Tourism, Oby Oko Enyim, on behalf of others, thanked the governor for finding them worthy to serve in their various capacities and pledged to deliver on their assignments.

“Your Excellency, we are here to complement your administration. We have never disappointed before; we will not disappoint you now.”
