Soludo commends QRC Old Girls over school transformation

Archbishop of Onitsha Archdiocese, Most. Rev. Valerian Okeke, blessing the staff quarters built by the Old Girls of Queen of the Rosary College, Onitsha.

Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Soludo has eulogised the Old Girls Association of Queen of the Rosary College, Onitsha, for answering the clarion call for stakeholders to partner with his administration in transforming schools in Anambra into smart schools.

Speaking during the 80th anniversary celebration of Queen of the Rosary College on Saturday, Gov. Soludo, who was represented by the Commissioner for Education, Prof Ngozi Chuma- Udeh appreciated the Old Girls Association for identifying with their alma mater charging them to hold the ideals high.

The 80th anniversary celebration of Queen of the Rosary College, Onitsha, was preceded by a high mass celebrated by the Archbishop of Onitsha Archdiocese, Most. Rev. Dr. Valerian Maduka Okeke.

High point of the occasion was the blessing of the staff quarters built by the Old Girls of the College.
