Anambra to digitise education system

ANAMBRA State Commissioner for Education, Ngozi Chuma-Udeh has urged Anambra State teachers to do their work diligently as schools resume for another academic session.
Giving the charge shortly after monitoring schools resumption compliance, Professor Chuma-Udeh said it was aimed at building a good academic standard for Anambra State pupils and students.
The commissioner announced that Anambra State education system is on its road to digital transformation, as new components in teaching and learning are now being injected into the sector, adding that morning assembly, inter-house sports competition and handiwork are coming back to the school.
She condemned the growing trend of putting on mini length uniform in schools, saying it goes against the acceptable dress code for schools in the state and urged school managers to inculcate right moral standard and discipline in students and pupils for a better society.
