PLANS have been completed for the commissioning of Second Niger Bridge and long abandoned Lagos-Ibadan Expressway by President Muhammadu Buhari before the end of the year.

Disclosing this in Abuja, the Director Media and Publicity of All Progressive Congress(APC) Presidential Campaign Council, Bayo Onanuga, in a statement stated that both projects would be completed and commissioned soon, stressing that Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) helplessly abandoned them and made life unmeaningful for Nigerians.

Explaining further, he stated it is a credit to APC that those projects were taken over and completed after seven years of APC rule.

The abandoned projects by PDP in its 16 years of misrule include the Second Niger Bridge, Lagos-Ibadan Express Road Railways, Ports and Power Sector that signaled a prostrates economy and socially disoriented country.

“The APC Presidential Candidate, Bola Tinubu contrasted the PDP era with seven years of the APC government and its plan for the future. He stated that PDP spent 16 years and forgot that there s a railway infrastructure that can do haulage human carriage across the nation”.

“I wonder why the party still exists. These are the people still fighting for leadership of the party, looking for the direction of the compass”

Let us make it clear to PDP, the current APC has many achievements to its credit compared to PDP that squandered and plundered Nigeria resources and would not even deliver a simple Second Niger Bridge to the people of the South East that have always delivered votes to it since 1999.

To the shame of PDP and eternal credit to APC, President Buhari will commission the Second Nigeria Bridge this year.
