Ihiala Ladies Foundation births in Awka



IT’S a new dawn in Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State as Ihiala Ladies  Foundation unveil their forum with aim  of promoting culture and nurturing young talents to strive higher.

  The event, which was held at Freedom Garden, Awka, attracted ladies from far and near who graced the occasion to discuss the way forward of the program.

  Speaking at the event, the convener of the foundation, Blessing Nnabuife, expressed gratitude to God for the gift of life to organise and witness such an event in Ihiala and Anambra State  at large, emphasising  that the “foundation was founded to create good pillar of dividends for Ihiala ladies to build strong  unity within themselves by using an enabling platform to change the narrative, perception and thought of people towards ndi Ihiala, letting them know that Ihiala girls are the best, with  track records of integrity and excellence.

  “Our programs are geared towards eliminating the bad effect of hardship, poverty, among others that has pushed our girls to so many immoral activities that will affect their dreams in life. Achieving this task is by empowering our girls to contribute to nation building and supporting Anambra State Governor, Professor Charles Soludo’s vision to build the state into a liveable and prosperous mega city.

  Nnabuife further explained that ladies of Ihiala are the bright future of ndi Ihiala and Anambra at large. “Our mission is to help inculcate morals back to our girls by taking back our society as leaders of tomorrow, adding value to society and not shying away from programs that will inspire us to greater heights, introducing  skill acquisition, empowerment programmes and supporting our girls to achieve their purposes in life.

  “With the support of ndi Ihiala and Anambra people, we are assured of victory towards achieving our, goal, mission and vision.

  The event had in attendance Ukachukwu Chikodili, Uche Amariwu, Uche Faith, Uchechi Okani, among others, who are founding members of the foundation.
