Nollywood star actresses, Ada Ameh, Ireti of Fuji House of Commotion die

A POPULAR Actress in Nigeria’s film industry, Ada Ameh has died.

  President of Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Emeka Rollas said Ameh died in Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) hospital in Delta State, yesterday.

  According to him, her death occurred around 11 pm.

  A source said Ameh was a guest of an oil company when she suddenly collapsed, before she was rushed to  hospital , she passed away.

 Born on May 15, 1974 in Ajegunle, Lagos, the popular actress broke into the Lime Light with  the role  she played ‘Anita’ in the 1996  movie Domitilla produced by Zeb Ejiro but she was more recently adored for her comic characters especially in the TV sitcom  series, The Johnsons.

  Similarly, Nollywood veteran actress, Oluwasolamipe Onayiga is dead.

  She died after a brief illness, today.

  Her death was confirmed by her husband, Pastor Tosin Onayiga.

  The late actress is known for her role as Ireti in Amaka Igwe’s popular soap, Fuji House of Commotion.
