Anglican Church teacher marks birthday in style

…Thrills worshipers with hair-raising testimonies

IT WAS praise and jubilation galore among the worshipers at St. John’s Anglican Church, Okpuno, Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra State, on Sunday, as their Church Teacher, Nnamdi Obiora, marked his 2022 birthday with special thanksgiving, for divine mercies and goodness upon his life.

  The celebrant, Mr Obiora, overwhelmed by emotion, shared hair-raising and praise-provoking testimonies on how God recently saved him from death, holding the worshipers and friends, who came to celebrate with him spellbound.

“Recently, as we’re having our usual Wednesday prayers, it happened that Holy Spirit revealed to us a casket – you know, this indicates nothing, but  death.

“We immediately directed our prayer line towards that, asking God to cancel and nullify every power of death, with particular emphasis to this revelation.

“Thereafter, we’re having cleaning work on overhead tank in our compound – we successfully brought it down. As we’re on that, I was standing upon a soak-away pit behind without knowing that it’s weak. As a result, I sank into the pit, but God in His infinite mercy held me up – I can’t imagine the whole situation – how I was hung in the air.”

Continuing, he said, “few days after, as if Satan hadn’t completed his failed assignment, another ugly occurrence came. It was in at night time, I was about to move to bed – suddenly, we heard a very heavy sound of hit. With it, was light illuminating the entire room.
