Eulogies as Uzo-Val goes home on Friday

THE remains of the late Ogbuefi Valentine Ifeanyichukwu Uzoatu will be interred on Friday, July 2, 2021.

A release signed by his brothe,Chief Kevin Uzoatu (Okpata Onyeoha 1 of Umuchu) disclosed that the interment will take place at Uzoatu Compound,  Umugama Village, Umuchu, Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra state.

According to the release, there will be a Vigil Mass on Thursday, 1st July, 2021 at 5:00 pm, at Uzoatu’s compound. His body leaves Allied Mortuary Aba, Abia State on  Friday, July 2, 2021 for lying in state at his  compound.

Requiem Mass will hold  at his residence , Uzoatu Compound,  Umugama Village, Umuchu at 10 am, thereafter internment, condolence visits by relations, In-laws, friends, colleagues and well wishers follow.

Outing Mass holds on Sunday July 4, 2021 at St Mathew’s Catholic Church, Holy Name Parish, Umuchu at 9:00 am.

The late Valentine Ifeanyichukwu Uzoatu until his death, was the Director, UZO – VAL Laboratories, Aba. He was an astute gentleman, disciplinarian and  community leader. He is survived by the family, numerous relations, friends and well wishers. He was aged 71.
