Zeal Festus marks birthday, fetes less privileged
EXCELLENT Ladies International Ministries cum The Daborah Squad, headed by the founder, Pastor Ambassador Zeal Festus, who recently celebrated her birthday reaching out to the orphanage homes , widows and the less privileged.
It was a two -day activities, held on the first day at the orphanage visitation the next day at the ministry at No 26 Guat House, off Mr. Biggs, Fegge Onitsha, where her congregation, friends and well wishers gathered to celebrate greater grace with the guest speaker, Dr Tony Okoroafor , a consultant for National Association of Micro Finance Banks and also of the Federal Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, who spoke on a message he titled ‘Another Look at Marriage.
He said that effective family was made of a caring husband , a loving wife and good children , which he said was a typical scene of what was witnessed in the birthday, which has a spiritual connotation as revealed by the host. He urges couples to always complement one another and learn to cover up the weaker side of their spouse.
some disabled people and less privilege ones were settled on this very special occasion of the unique birthday as instructed by God and since then, the celebrant has being celebrating her birthday in a unique way.
While appreciating all the clergy, force men, professionals, politicians, actors and actresses, friends and well wishes, the chief host, Zeal Festus on behalf of her family, said it was an annual celebration. “Last year’s celebration was awesome and today is another greater day to the glory of God”.
She narrated her encounter saying she had no value for birthday celebration but few years ago, Jesus appeared to her, wishing her a happy birthday on the 24th April, with Matthew chapter 16 verse 15.
‘So it has been a covenant that I remember to go to orphanage homes, giving out foodstuffs , clothes, among others, even to widows and the less privileged.
She thanked her husband for his understanding and for standing by her during her encounter
