Nigeria’s Okojie inducted into NASA hall of fame


NIGERIAN citizens across the world have continued to make the country proud with stellar achievements as Robert Sola Okojie gets inducted into the NASA inventors hall of fame.

  Okojie, who has worked with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) for 20 years and has 21 patents became globally recognised for his inventions.

  In a twitter message affirming the recognition of the Nigerian doctor for a great scientific invention, Okojie was lauded for his discovery of silicon carbide-based micro electro-mechanical systems.

  According to the message, @SciTechAfrica, Okojie is recognised globally as the leading expert on silicon carbide-based micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS) for use in extreme environments.
