Man City to host EPL champions in Etihad

PEP Guardiola’s men will host a very bitter rival, the most anticipated match that will be played over the weekend as Liverpool will pay the citizens a visit on Sunday. The last encounter favoured the citizens as they trash the Reds 4-0, but fortunately the Reds were champions already prior the match.

  Liverpool are yet to win in Etihad since 2015 in the premier league but have somehow won in the champion’s league. Liverpool are in the form of their life as they sitting pretty  at the top of the league with 16 points while Man City  is in the 10th position. With 11 points, Man Cty are really finding their form as they have lost 1 match draw 2 and won 3.  While Liverpool have suffered only one defeat which came under Aston Villa.

  In the starting line up Benjamin Mendy, Fernandinho, Sergio Aguero are sidelined due to injury for Man City, while chamberlain, Van Dijk, Alcantara, Fabinho are likely to start. The match will hold on Sunday by 5:30pm  Nigerian time.
