Market leader bans selling of food items along Park Road, Nnewi



IN ORDER to avoid another virus spread that emanate from rats which feed on food condiments wastes and bushy environment, the chairman Agboedo Motor Spare Parts Dealers Association (AMSPDA), Dennis Ikegwuonu and his executive members have banned sellers of food items along Agboedo Nnewi Park Road where motor parts dealers are situated.

  Speaking from AMSPDA Secretarial in Nnewi , Bro.  Ikegwuonu regretted that the food sellers at area have refused to accept several pleas and warnings his office sounded, adding that they have no option than to ban them with immediate effect in order to avert the looming disease the neglected clearance and sweeping of their food material wastes will attract.

The AMPSDA Chairman said that they have continued to block that ever busy Park Road which has created painful traffic bottlenecks to motorists.

He said that all the preventive measures against COVID-19 have been put in place with their Anambra State Health Department trained workers working at all zones of their location to enforce the rules and logistics to keep away the COVID- 19 in the state .

He commended Governor Willie Obiano for showing concern to the plight of ndi Anambra and traders regarding coronavirus issues.
