Education stakeholders have continued to appreciate the Basic Education Commissioner, Prof . Kate AzukaOmenugha and Managing Director of ABS, Chief UcheNwora, for coming up with the proactive initiative, Anambra Teaching on Air, to keep Anambra State’s students ready for examinations.
The stakeholders, including the Chairman, PPSSC, Lady IfeomaOkaro, PPSSC Secretary, MrsNgoziOnuora, Members of the Commission for Awka and Otuocha zones,
DrNgoziAgbasimalo and Chief Joe Enemuo, SSA to the Governor on Primary Education/Deputy Chair PPSSC, Lady Pat Offia, SSA Secondary School Monitoring, Dame ChinyereMbakwe, while appreciating Commissioner Omenugha for bringing her wealth of experience as a professor of Mass Communication to bear in preparing the teachers for the task, commended Mr Kenneth Nweke, the teacher who took the first lesson in the series.
One of the contributors, Mr Amos O. called for the continuation of the program even after the coronavirus pandemic.
In their separate reactions, Commissioner Omenugha thanked the stakeholders for their contributions and welcomed suggestions for the improvement of the program, while Chief UcheNwora appreciated the team of ABS engineers who made the broadcast possible.
He promised better reception in subsequent outings, as his men are strategising to overcome all challenges.
