ONITSHA North Local Government Area Transition Committee Chairman, Patrick Agha Mba, has offered his sympathy to Njaka family over the fire that gutted their residence.
Mba, who offered his heartfelt sympathy to the family, urged them not to lose hope as God was still in control.
He enjoined the family to stay strong, be together and support one another, especially at this difficult time.
The TC boss said that things would be tough now, but re-assured them that they should not relent as Onitsha North LGA would be there to support them.
“Your loss is great but you should all be grateful to God that every occupant of the building came out unhurt,” he added.
The chairman, however, presented some items to the family, including food stuff, household items, kitchen utensils, clothing and toiletries.
The eldest in the Njaka family thanked the chairman for his kind gesture.
