MINO Raiola has had his worldwide transfer ban suspended.
The agent of Manchester United star, Paul Pogba and Ajax skipper, Matthijs de Ligt was handed a three-month ban from all football activity by FIFA.
Raiola, 51, was initially banned by the Italian Football Federation before the sanction was extended worldwide.
But the super-agent filed an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport and his ban has now been suspended, reports BBC Sport.
A final decision is likely to be confirmed next month after his appeal is processed but Raiola can now resume his work outside of Italy.
The developments are likely to have huge implications on the future of some of his top clients – most notably Pogba and De Ligt.
Raiola is likely to try and push through deals for his players before the verdict is given at the start of July.
His ban would have ended after the Premier League transfer window closed but the news could see Pogba and De Ligt on the move sooner rather than later.
Other Raiola clients include Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Marco Verratti and Blaise Matuidi.
