Nollywood star, Dammy Eke slumps, dies

NOLLYWOOD industry has recorded another death of an actor Dammy Eke. He reportedly slumped and died while sharing drinks with his friends at a bar in Pot Harcourt Rivers State.
The cause of his death is yet to be ascertained, but it is coming five years after he lost his father, His Royal Majesty King Frank Eke Jp, CON  (Eze Gbaka-Gbaka of Ikwere land, the first civilian deputy governor of Rivers State.
His death has thrown the industry and fans into mourning, but he would be remembered for his philanthropic act which he does for children. Eke was Nigerian actor, film director, writer, television personality and model. Born in the year 1977 and married to Muma Eke Gee,
a business woman with whom he had three children. He first garnered fame as an actor in 2003, staring in the movie indecent proposal. Eke played a prominent roles in the movies that promoted cultural values from the eastern part of the country.
The last post on his instagram was when he wished his daughter a happy birthday. His word” happy happy cake day you daughter, may God’s continuance continue to abide with thee, greatness is all I see” he concluded. He will be missed by friends, industry. Families and well-wishers.
