WITH few weeks to the general elections, predictions and analyses have been the topic of discussion almost at every gathering. Both the young and the old have keen interest on what the outcome will be.
Nigerians have finally come to realize that the choice of their leaders is as important as their personal businesses because it will in no small measure influence and affect their lives for the next four years.
Lobbying for votes by candidates who are aiming at  unseating a particular opponent is rampant and those who are seeking to be re-elected makes them now go to sleep with one eye open because until the battle is won, majority of them will know no rest.
This is the period of campaign and the political activities are fully alive nationwide. Anambra state has not been an exception as ‘campaigns from different wards, constituencies and districts’ have taken up in high speed.
The question on the lips of every Nigeria is who will emerge victorious at the end of the day as all hands are on deck from all angles towards making sure victory is attained.

According to the SDP candidate ” The high level of misrepresention of Awka North and South Federal constituency at the National Assembly in the last few years is alarming and nothing to write home about.
“Representation as the people have come to see is not a tea Party. It should be entrusted to someone who is capable and has paid his dues in the political journey. For the fact that it is the turn of Awka North to represent the constituency this time around is a pointer to the fact that I deserve  to be at the green chambers.
Ochendo made this declaration at the inauguration of the party wards and local government area coordinators committee event at the campaign office.
Since his declaration to run under SDP after the debacle and show of shame by APGA at the primaries, Ochendo have been receiving support regularly across board.

Ekwunife while addressing party faithfuls recently outlined her achievement in her 6 months as senator.
The two time house or representative member regretted that she did not stay long at the upper chambers due to mischief makers.
According to her” My mandate was stolen and since then, it has been difficult for me to bear. We all fought for that victory in 2015 but this time around those who stole it will not have the privilege and opportunity again. This is our time.
“I have the capability, experience, competence and confidence to represent Anambra central.
“PDP is a party for Ndigbo. Alex Ekwueme are among the founding fathers. Peter Obi is our vice presidential candidate. This is enough prove that PDP is for the Igbo race.
“Two things will make us win. Prayer and hardworking. Without this two combination, nothing will work.
“I’m ready to reclaim my stolen position. When I go back to Abuja as a senator, I will reduce unemployment.
As the heat continues to increase fingers are crossed as we await the outcome of the election.
