She said teachers are known for discipline, punctuality and diligence, saying that there were many rules and regulations guiding the teaching profession and methods which are to be adhered to.
She advised them to see the N-power period as an opportunity to impart knowledge on the younger ones and affect their generation which would be rewarded by God.
“I advise you to be punctual, discharging your duties diligently. God blesses hard work and would open doors for better employment opportunities in the future,” said Ezepuo.
Mrs. Ezepuo announced that hence forth the N-power teachers would be writing their attendance on a separate booklet which would be summarized periodically for assessment or disciplinary measures if the need arises.
“We have N-power focal person/desk officer at ASUBEB, Awka where we channel all complaints and recommendations. More so, a monitoring group has been set up to tame your excesses” she said.
