Foundation presents car, N1million to persons living with sickle cell



IFEANYI Ubah Foundation, owned by Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, in Nnewi, endowed persons living with Sickle Cell Anaemia in Anambra State with N1million and a brand new car to assist them in their activities.
While doing the presentation, Ubah told them to be happy and put all their trust in God because God has purpose in their conditions.
Ubah, Chairman of the Capital Oil and Gas Industries Ltd, also told them that his foundation would always support them as much asit could.
Some associates of Dr. Ubah, mostly those contesting elective positions under the platform of APGA in the 2019 general election in Anambra South, also endowed the group with different sums of money.
In her response, the leader of the group, Aisha Edward, appreciated the magnanimity of Ifeanyi Ubah Foundation in assisting them.
She said that mobility had been a serious source of concern to the group, and pointed that the vehicle provided by the foundation would be a big relief to them.
She also admonished parents and intending couples to make sure they know their genotypes before going into marriage; saying that what she and her group are suffering presently are mistakes of their parents.
